Reflexology

Reflexology is a type of massage which applies pressure to the feet, hands and ears. Our reflexology is to treat the feet. 

The theory is that all areas of the body correspond with and can be mapped onto areas of the feet.  When we press these areas, i.e. reflex points, the corresponding organ or body area is stimulated, which improves the blood and energy circulation. 

Reflexology can help with reducing stress, feeling relaxed. It may also help with reducing the pain, constipation, etc.

It is a great treat to add on moxa when you lay down to have the reflexology.
